The are two of the models designed for a twelve lot subdivision. The semi-custom homes are between 3200 and 3500 square feet on living space. The homes are have at least four bedrooms, expansive living spaces and side facing three car garages
Renovation and additions to existing ranch home. Added master suite and guest bedroom on second floor. Existing first floor spaces were reconfigured to create an open floor plan layout.
Client hired RW Architecture to elevate and expand existing home after Super Storm Sandy.
Custom farmhouse colonial home design gracefully situated along curving street a short drive to the beach. The attached three car garage angles away from the main part of the house and has a large finished bonus room above. Custom interior millwork details add to the beauty and elegance of this home.
Custom home designed for client after their existing ranch style home was destroyed during Superstorm Sandy. This seashore colonial design was designed with open style floor plan and wrap around porch for entertaining. Balconies with glass railings are incorporated into the design to maximize outdoor living space and ocean views.
Existing waterfront ranch vacation home was renovated and expanded. The client desired a cape cod aesthetic to front of the home and a Nantucket gambrel detail to the rear facing the water. A notable feature to the home is the bunk room with open cupola over the garage to accommodate the expanding extended family.
These two homes were designed for a client as spec homes. The homes are next to each other. The model on the right is a traditional saltbox colonial and the model on the left is a dutch seashore colonial.
