The are two of the models designed for a twelve lot subdivision. The semi-custom homes are between 3200 and 3500 square feet on living space. The homes are have at least four bedrooms, expansive living spaces and side facing three car garages

Custom home designed for client after their existing ranch style home was destroyed during Superstorm Sandy. This seashore colonial design was designed with open style floor plan and wrap around porch for entertaining. Balconies with glass railings are incorporated  into the design to maximize outdoor living space and ocean views.

Custom home designed for client. This traditional seashore design incorporates a Gambrel roof style. The covered front sitting porch is accented with stone piers and architectural columns.

Southern plantation style home custom Designed for client is gracefully sited on top of a hill in close proximity to beach and town. The home has an attached garage wing on the rear with an in-law suite above. The double porch is typical of the plantation style and overlooks a courtyard and pool.
